If you allow people to embrace their vulnerability, will the outcome be better creative? This experiment is an exercise in thinking about this exact question. Fourteen films from around the FCB Global Network explore our relationship with vulnerability through different emotions and expressions. Our hope is that we can start a conversation about the importance of people feeling secure enough in their lives and in their jobs to lean into vulnerability. If we can make that kind of space in our agency, and in our industry, there is no end to the work we can create.
