As Group CEO of one of the region’s leading advertising and marketing communications networks, Ghassan has enhanced the group’s capabilities, adopting innovative approaches to data and technology; delivering 50% growth over the last five years.
Under his leadership, MCN’s agencies have been recognized with several industry accolades. Most recently, FP7McCann has been nominated the Most Effective Agency in the world, Weber Shandwick the best agency in the Middle East at PR Week Global Awards and MCN Mediabrands the number one media group in MENAT by RECMA.
During his 30-year career, Ghassan has worked in both agency and client-side in a variety of senior management roles with local, regional and global businesses across a range of sectors and markets.
He is a Board member of multiple educational institutions including the Mohammad Bin Rashid School of Communication. Ghassan holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a master’s degree in Economics.
