Greg is Chief Marketing Officer, PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA), where he leads the holistic business, brand and consumer agenda across PepsiCo’s $22 billion beverage portfolio in the U.S.

Greg has been with PepsiCo for 20 years. Since taking over the role of CMO in January 2017, PBNA has launched more than $2 billion in innovation, including LIFEWTR and bubly. These two water brands have reached more than $500 million in retail sales. Greg has also led Pepsi Zero Sugar to double digit growth and more than doubled PBNA e-commerce sales. Most recent PBNA launches include Driftwell, Mtn Dew AMP Game Fuel and Bolt24.

Under Greg’s leadership, PBNA has brought numerous new capabilities in house to better leverage data when targeting PBNA marketing efforts. These include consolidating and growing PepsiCo’s first-party database and building a tool to measure and adjust PepsiCo’s media spend in house.
