Under Jae's leadership since joining CAA in 2006, Observatory has won best-in-show at every major creative award show globally: four Cannes Lions Grand Prix, twenty-two Cannes Lions, four Emmys from eleven Emmy nominations, eleven Webbys, #TheYouTubeAd of the Year, and the first two brand films ever accepted to the Sundance Film Festival.
Jae was the inaugural Jury President of Cannes Lions Entertainment, is on the Board of Effie Worldwide, and has been named to Fast Company's Most Creative People in Business 1000, Adweek's Creative 100, Ad Age's Creativity 50, and PR Week's Hot List.
