Co-president, Dávila Multicultural Insights (DMI) and Co-founder, ANA's Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing
Lisette Arsuaga is the Co-President of DMI Consulting, which she founded in partnership with Gilbert Dávila in 2010. As the co-founder and head strategist for DMI, Lisette has provided guidance for companies including: McDonald’s, Kimberly-Clark, Kellogg, Proactiv, Gatorade, Dunkin’ Donuts’, Marriott Hotels, Aetna Insurance, A&E, Ulta Beauty, among others. She is also the co-founder and board member for the ANA’s Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing, bringing together 100+ corporations, agencies, media companies and trade associations to address challenges in the Multicultural media, advertising and marketing space today.
Before founding DMI, Lisette headed strategy, communications and venture philanthropy efforts for companies and organisations throughout the country. She created strategic alliances and programs with media/communication companies, government entities and celebrities to effectively reach multicultural groups in a culturally relevant way. She developed campaigns in both Spanish and English, and executed programs that effectively targeted both acculturated and non-acculturated Latinos.
