Matt Nolan leads strategy for Nike Greater China on behalf of Mindshare China. With extensive communications experience in both media and creative agencies, Matt brings the creative prowess needed to stand out in a quickly evolving market like China.

After graduating from a joint degree program between University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and East China Normal University, Matt began his career with JWT Shanghai. Regionally, Matt also led teams at JWT Singapore leading growth strategies across APAC.

After two years in Singapore, Matt came back ‘home’ to China to work on ABinBev’s growing portfolio, helping them to secure brands like Harbin Beer as a leading brand among China’s youth. In 2018, Matt joined Team Nike at Mindshare. In his current role, he is leading strategic development of Nike’s always-on editorial media approach, as well as guiding integration between Brand and Performance Media across China’s evolving digital environment.
