In her 25 years with Ogilvy, Patou has worked on three continents, in Belgium, France, South Africa, the UK, the USA and MENA. She is a seasoned agency professional with deep expertise across a broad range of disciplines, categories and clients.

Appointed as Chief Executive MENA of Memac Ogilvy in September 2017, Patou combines this role with that of Ogilvy EMEA’s Chief Digital Officer, a role she has held for 18 years. In this capacity she developed and implemented the strategy that transformed Ogilvy from a traditional agency group with a digital department, into a digital-age agency group that, across disciplines, solves brand, communication, and marketing problems in a modern marketing way, infused by digital, mobile and social. She also led many transformative digital projects for clients such as IBM, Vodafone, Philips, Nestlé, Unilever, Nespresso, British Airways, and many more.
