Pepe is a Mexican creative, cultural activist, and plastic artist with 27 years of experience in advertising. His work has been recognised with 18 Cannes Lions and 17 Effie Awards, among other international creative festivals. After working at JWT, Lowe, Grey Mexico, and Maruri Grey Ecuador, he assumed the role of Executive Creative Director of Grey Perú in 2010, growing revenue by 12% in the first year. In 2012 he returned to Grey Mexico as Vice President Creative, winning 14 pitches during his first year.
Pepe joined Grey Wing in 2016 as Chief Creative Officer, achieving the first Gold Cannes Lion for the agency. Wing is committed to supporting the cause of the Hispanic community in the U.S. Pepe has worked for clients such as Apple, Coca Cola, Ford, GlaxoSmithKline, Heineken, Honda, HSBC, Nestlé, NFL, Nike, P&G, PlayStation, Renault, Shell, Sony, Walgreens, Walmart, and many others.
